Today I made Sausage 'N" Peppers for the fine Firemen of my little town. They are a group of volunteers who give it their all! One of the Firemen works with my hubby all day then goes to the Fire Dept. So here's to you Bob and all your fellow firemen! Enjoy and Thank you for all you do! It's so appreciated!

It's easy squeezy lemon peazy...lol! Grill your favorite sausage...I use Johnsonville. Place in crock pot with long sliced bell pepper and onions. Add mushrooms and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Then add your favorite Spagetti Sauce...I use Classico Tomato & Basil. Cook on low for 6 hours. Put it on hogie rolls with provlone cheese...yummmm! Enjoy!
